Pastor Heather Bivins on Sabbatical
Every seven years, Worship Center pastors have the opportunity to take a seven-week sabbatical. The purpose of a sabbatical is for the pastor to take time to step back from the normal day-to-day responsibilities and focus on strengthening family relationships, revitalizing personal spiritual growth, and furthering their education.
We’re happy to share that our Director of Human Resources and Membership, Heather Bivins, will be on sabbatical from October 6 through November 21, 2024. Heather and her family are looking forward to a Florida vacation and spending extra time together. They also look forward to visiting some other great local churches. Heather plans to continue her education with additional study in Human Resources.
