Vision for Worship Center Outreach in 2025
As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible ways God moved through our church last year and express my heartfelt gratitude for your faithfulness and generosity. Truly, we have much to celebrate and even more to look forward to.
Celebrating 2024: A Year of Generosity and Compassion
2024 was a year of remarkable generosity and impact. Together, we raised just over $50,000 for PackHope, enabling us to provide meals to families in countries facing hunger and hardship. Praise the Lord for His provision and for working through each of you to make this possible! Your sacrificial giving and participation in this initiative have transformed lives and demonstrated the heart of Christ to a hurting world. THANK YOU!
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Beyond PackHope, your contributions supported numerous local and global outreach projects, from hurricane relief efforts, Serve Week, which helped widows, families in transition, and single moms, to sponsoring students through SEEDS, which ensured they experienced a meaningful Christmas. You also helped make a difference in so many countries as we partnered with our Global Partners to bring the love and hope of Jesus to the nations.
The Ripple Effect of Generosity
When I was a kid, I loved going to the beach. My friends and I would play this game with big rocks; we’d throw them as high as we could, watching the splash and ripples spread across the water. The goal was simple: who could create the biggest ripple effect? What started as a fun game taught me a life lesson I didn’t fully grasp until years later: the size of the ripple isn’t just about the size of the rock but the height and intention behind the throw.
In the same way, your giving and serving create ripples that extend far beyond what you can see. Every prayer, every act of kindness, and every dollar given spreads outward, touching lives, communities, and nations for the Kingdom of God. You may not always see the final impact, but your faithfulness has created waves of transformation across the globe.
“As it is written: ‘They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures forever.’” (2 Corinthians 9:9)
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we embark on this new year, I am filled with anticipation for what God will do in and through our church. Our vision for 2025 is to deepen our impact, both locally and globally.
We are reminded of Jesus’ words:
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
Whether through local outreach or global outreach, there is a place for everyone to be part of God’s story.
Thank You for Being the Church
Your commitment to outreach reminds me of a lantern in the darkness. One light may seem small, but when joined with others, it illuminates the entire landscape. Each act of kindness, each prayer, and each moment of service is a light shining in the darkness, reflecting the hope and love of Jesus. Together, as a church family, we have become a beacon of light to our community and the world.
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
Thank you for being that light. As we move forward into 2025, let’s continue to shine brightly, reaching out locally and globally with compassion, integrity, and a heart of servanthood.
