CVCCS Spring Collection 2025
For the past two weeks, we have been collecting hygiene items for CVCCS, and wow, Worship Center responded!! The items that came in the first week have already gone to CVCCS and into the hands and households of our neighbors in need. The items collected this week will be going out next week.
In two weeks, we received 252 bags of socks and underwear and 1,419 pounds of laundry detergent! This is one of our biggest collections yet!
This is just a portion of the 252 bags of items brought in by Worship Center.
Our good friends at CVCCS had this to say:
‘’Everything you’ve collected is so needed right now. The volunteers in clothing started putting out socks and underwear pretty much as soon as it came in the door because we were out of many sizes of those items, so many of the items that came in last week have already gone out to clients! We were so excited when everything came in last week.
“This collection means that our struggling neighbors can access new underwear, socks, and laundry detergent when they shop at CVCCS. Our clients are often not able to readily obtain these key items, which are vital to their hygiene. Thanks to our Worship Center family, we can preserve the dignity of our clients. We are so grateful for your continued partnership.”
